About Us

Pittsburgh Pioneers’ founder and president Ed Breaux has 30 years of experience in Information Technology, across all industries.  Ed and his team have developed systems for business intelligence, marketing, cost management, engineering (including CAD and diagnostics), education, artificial intelligence, project management, financial analysis, software development, and more.  Ed draws on his analytic experience to provide interdisciplinary solutions that are often overlooked.

Bob Martin, founder and COO of North Shore Technologies, serves on the Board of Pittsburgh Pioneers.   Bob brings more than 25 years experience in the IT consulting services and staffing industry, with both regional and national experience developing and servicing fortune 100 and 500 clients. In addition, he has developed and cultivated value-added partnerships with major hardware and software vendors.

Andoni Lizardy, Senior Vice President of Marketing at the Economic Innovation Council, is another active Board member.  Andoni has served as project manager, speaker, consultant and educator on business communication, business leadership, customer contact skills, marketing, management, organizational security planning, sales and strategic planning over the course of more than 40 years.  His clients include 1,000+ starts-ups and 300 other clients, including Fortune 500, European top 100, and Japanese top 50 companies.
